City Delivery is intended for users aged 18 and above.

To maintain safety and prevent fraud, users who apply to become drivers are required to provide identity verification information. This includes uploading a personal selfie and a government-issued national ID.
These images are used solely for identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes. Driver verification photos are reviewed only by authorized administrators and are not shared publicly or with other users.
City Delivery allows users and drivers to maintain a wallet balance and process payments through third-party payment providers such as Paymob. We collect transaction details, wallet balances, and payment history for order processing, accounting, and fraud prevention purposes.
City Delivery does not store full payment card details. All payment transactions are securely processed by our payment service providers.

City Delivery accesses your location only when you choose a delivery address or when you are a driver tracking deliveries.
For users: We access your location only when you select a delivery address on the map. We do not collect, track, or store your location in the background. Your location data is used only to allow drivers to deliver your orders to the correct location.
For drivers: We access your location to enable you to receive delivery orders and to allow users to track the progress of their deliveries. Location access is required for drivers to use the Application.
We do not collect, track, or store your location data when you are not actively using the Application for order placement or delivery.
Location data associated with orders may be stored with order records for delivery completion, dispute resolution, and administrative review.
